renew their membership for the year 2013 by selecting the membership
type from the list below, confirming the statement and then clicking the
Next button. You will then be directed to a new page to enter your
details and then make payment by card.
Please note, a 2% Card processing fee will be added to the renewal subscription amount debited to your card.
